1. How much will it cost my company?
For a contract hire, we will agree on an hourly rate that fits your budget. We pay our contractor and take a percentage of that rate for our fee as well as to pay insurance and various other costs.

For direct hires, the charge is contingent upon you hiring one of our candidates. The fee is then based on the candidate’s annual salary as well as the level of difficulty in filling the position.

2. What is the process for finding employees through Clear Point?
Our search and recruitment efforts begin immediately. Clear Point will get the details of the position from you so we can understand your needs and requirements, and then select the best candidates based on that information.

3. How long will it take to find an employee for our company?
The timeframe for successfully finding an employee varies depending on our current employee base and your specific needs. But once you give us a job description, we’ll be able to give a specific timeframe for filling your position

4. What kind of background checks do you provide?
Every candidate’s references are thoroughly checked. We have some clients that request a drug screen or criminal background check. Clear Point can provide these services as well as meet any other needs you may have for background or security purposes. These can be coordinated through our office for a fee or you may decide to do them yourself through your usual service providers.

5. What if I am not satisfied with an employee placed by Clear Point?
For contract and contract-to-direct hires, simply let us know and we will replace the employee immediately.

For direct hires, we will refund 100% of your fee if the person is employed with you for less than 30 days; we will refund 50% of your fee if they were employed for 31-60 days.

6. What kind of jobs do you fill?
Clear Point is a staffing company focused solely on placing technical communicators and trainers. Some of the positions we fill include: technical writers and editors, medical writers, SOP writers, pharmaceutical sales trainers, validation specialists, web content specialists, Instructional Designers, documentation managers, user interface designers, usability specialists, and organizational and training specialists. Depending on your needs, we can do contract, contract-to-direct, and direct hire.
